ABOUT EDDY LEON BRYAN
Eddy Leon Bryan is a 35years old Belgian Geotechnical and Drilling Engineer born in Vlitinghen Belgium and moved to the States few years ago with now ex wife and their 9yrs old son. He formally worked with Benthic LLC an oilfield company in Texas.
He is an expert in drilling oil wells,as well as a Geologist and contractor who indulges in project supervision, Je has worked for some renowned oil companies across the world.
On International Men’s Day Eddy Bryan, On The Majestic Shares More About His Role And Career Highlights Working On The Iconic Benthic LLC.
He was asked by the Majestic reporter how he got his job as an engineering geologist.
“I initially joined South West Geotechnical as a technician, before applying for a graduate role within the company six months later. Having already spent time working for them made the application process easier, as I knew all about the company and the work they do. They also knew more about me, and that I was capable of good quality work”
He also described what his typical day was like.
“I usually get to site around 8.30am and will then spend the day coordinating drill times and equipment. This includes setting everyone up to dig pits and drill. Sometimes, I won’t have met the operatives before so I have to put a bit of time into getting to know people. Then I write up the logs.Generally I spend three days on site and two in the office. Office work involves things like finalising site plans, sending samples to the lab and writing up reports on all of the site investigations we carried out.
